A lifetime license allows purchased software to be used without an annual renewal fee on one assigned domain only. A separate license is required for each different domain.
License scope
Software provided by Aydın Web Yazılım is licensed to the customer according to the purchase terms. Each license grants lifetime usage on one domain assigned during the application or purchase process and does not require an annual license renewal or subscription fee for that domain. A separate additional license must be purchased for every different domain on which the software will be used.
Usage rights and intellectual property
A license is the right to use software within the defined scope and does not transfer copyright or ownership. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, sale or transfer to third parties is prohibited.
Legal protection
Computer software is protected under Turkish intellectual property law and applicable international copyright rules. Licensed usage does not remove the software owner's copyright. A single-domain license cannot be moved to or used simultaneously on multiple different domains.
Updates and support
Technical support and product updates are provided within the scope stated for the relevant product, support package and sales terms. Support duration is evaluated separately from the lifetime usage license.
