This text applies within the framework of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation and other applicable legislation.
Scope and legal basis
A buyer who places an order electronically through the website is deemed to accept the pre-information form and distance sales agreement provided before the order. The parties' rights and obligations are subject to Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation and applicable legislation. This text applies with regard to the nature of digital software licenses.
Non-payment of the product price
If the product price is not paid or the transaction is cancelled in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver ends.
Unauthorized credit card use
If, after delivery, the payment is found to have been made with a credit card used without authorization and the bank or financial institution does not pay the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller at the buyer's shipping expense.
Withdrawal period
Our software is provided as a lifetime license assigned to a domain. The license does not include remote control, subscription or periodic rental. Software files or license details are delivered and use begins with the customer's explicit consent. During checkout, the customer acknowledges that once the license details are delivered and use begins, a refund cannot be provided due to the digital nature and activation of the license. Under these conditions, an activated license cannot be cancelled and the service cannot be stopped.
Submitting a request
Requests made before activation must be submitted in writing through our contact channels with the order details and reason for the request. Requests made after activation or delivery of license details are reviewed according to the nature of the digital license.
Refund process
Activated and delivered digital licenses are not cancelled or refunded. Cancellation requests received before activation or delivery of license details are reviewed separately. If software is not delivered, does not work, does not match the ordered product or is defective, the buyer's statutory rights remain reserved; the buyer may contact our support channels to start a review and resolution process.
Products and services excluded from withdrawal
Software licensed to a domain, delivered as files or license details and activated is a lifetime usage license without remote control. Activated licenses cannot be cancelled, refunded or stopped. This provision does not remove statutory rights where software is not delivered, does not work or does not match the ordered product.
Default and legal consequences
For credit card payments, the buyer remains responsible for obligations arising from the agreement with the card-issuing bank. In default, damages caused by delay and legally permitted costs may be claimed.
